HOW TO INSTALL:
Using modengine, simply drop the regulation.bin in your mod folder and launch the game using "launchmod_eldenring.bat".
THIS MOD REQUIRES THE DLC TO USE!!!

You don't need to "activate" this mod, just put the Regulation in the mod folder then launch the game with modengine, thats it.
Random field enemies such as Goats, Crabs, soldiers etc drop 2x runes
NPC's, invaders etc drop 2x runes
Dungeon bosses such as from catacombs drop 2x runes
Bosses drop 2x runes
ANYTHING YOU KILL DROPS YOU 2X THE RUNES
