📋 About This Mod
Removes the stat caps from the game. enabling attributes above 99, changes the games attribute scaling so those stats actually do something, and caps the cost of leveling up at 100,000 runes per level so you can reach higher attribute levels without grinding for five centuries. This is mostly a proof of concept and resource to be used by other mods.

Unzip the file, and drop the contents in the mod engine 2 directory. Open the file "config_eldenring.toml" in the mod engine 2 folder and follow the instructions starting with the line "List of files that will be loaded into the game as DLL mods.". for example, If you have no other dll mods installed, replace "external_dlls = []" with "external_dlls = [ "uncapper.dll" ]"
libER installation
Contained in the zip folder is libER. it is a requirement for the mod and also must be installed. You can simply place the contents of the liber folder on the game folder( the same place as eldenring.exe) to install it.
Configuration
In the INI file, you can set the following options:
rune level cost cap: the maximum amount of runes that a level may cost.
adjust calcCorrectGraphs: set to 0 to disable the automatic scaling. use this if you have a regulation.bin file that explicitly requires the uncapper, otherwise ignore it.

remember to back up your saves!
