Installation Instructions-

]Extract the contents of the zip[]Place the regulation bin into your mod folder
[]Place the contents of "event" and "menu" into their respective folders, and overwrite when prompted
[]Launch the game! You're good to go.
If updating, just replace the old menu folder with the new one. If installing for the first time, install normally.
