Bloodborne Dash DLC replaces the light and medium equip load rolls in Dark Souls with the iconic dash from Bloodborne. A compact gameplay mod with 286 endorsements and nearly 14,000 downloads, last updated in June 2024. For players who prefer the faster, more aggressive dodge animation over rolling.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved (286 endorsements) with a solid download count (13,994)
- Simple, focused change that directly addresses a common desire for faster dodging
- Recently updated (June 2024) so it's likely compatible with current game versions
⚠️ Cons
- Only affects light and medium rolls—heavy roll remains unchanged
- May require manual file placement, which could be tricky for modding newcomers
For Dark Souls players who love Bloodborne's aggressive dash and want that feel in their game. If you're tired of rolling and want a quicker, more responsive dodge, this is for you. Skip if you prefer the traditional roll or want a more comprehensive moveset overhaul.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to back up your original game files before replacing anything, just in case.
- If you're using a mod manager, try installing through that first—it might handle the file placement automatically.
- Test the dash in a low-stakes area to get used to the new timing before heading into boss fights.
