Youth Academy Redux

Turn your academy into a genuine talent pipeline instead of a lottery for trash. This overhaul reworks how scouts and youth players are generated: you’ll still find the occasional raw prospect, but most graduates now have the tools to walk straight into your first team.

Player quality:

- Platinum-tier prospects are now the standard across all regions: consistent, high-ceiling youth finds.

- Attribute tuning creates players in the 70-80 overall range on arrival, with key stats often peaking (pace, agility, strength, etc.).

- Most youngsters will have 5★ weak foot and 5★ skill moves.

Playstyles:

Expanded playstyles: most youngsters will carry 7-8 playstyles.

Icon Trait progression reworked:

- PlayStyle+ upgrades trigger earlier for academy players (first at 65 OVR, second at 75 OVR).

- Non-academy players get downgraded slower and can only lose upgrades below 55 OVR.

- Dual PlayStyle+ possible from 78 OVR+

- Relentless playstyle added to more attacking players and center-backs.

- Throw-in Specialist removed (let’s be honest, it's just taking up another spot).

Miscellaneous:

- Lower promotion age, bring players up from 15 years old.

- Injury-prone trait removed.

Balance notes:

This isn’t a “91 overall at 16” mod, your youth squad will feel elite but believable. A full academy lineup can compete for titles without breaking immersion.
