📋 About This Mod
This mod completely maxes out the coaching staff while leaving the rest of the game mechanics intact.
Normally, the game rolls a bunch of dice to decide whether a coach is Novice, Competent, or Master, then another set to decide how many stars they get and what tier they show up as. The mod maxes out those dice rolls and nullifies some of them, so the system can only make top-tier, five-star coaches.
Every new coach that appears for hire will have perfect ratings across all departments, maxed experience, and the gold-level benefits that go with it. Some silver coaches still spawn, but they're rare and their stars are still maxed out.
Some other tweaks include:
- 100% chance for the spawned coach to match your team's tactical preset. So if you chose the "Standard" preset, every coach will be for that preset, the same for "Short Passing/Tiki Taka" preset and so on.
- Max coach slots right away (20), no matter which club you're managing.
- Reduced salaries for all top coaches, they're much more affordable and won't drain your budget.
