Tales of The Forgotten - Heal Over Time

The reason for this being brought as a standalone mod out of the blue? No reason, I've done it on a whim, but since it's my own mod and it's been tested more than enough at this point, I HAB DA RIGHT!

STATEMENT TO AVOID RANDOM CLAIMS:

This mod has been officially a part of Tales of The Forgotten since 16/12/2025 and has been extensively tested ever since. I made this on a whim because I wanted a good and configurable passive healing mod.

At the time of uploading this, both the collection and this mod are using REFramework Nightly 01208, however this has been updated a few times since. NOTE that the newer nightly versions were not tested with the collection or this mod. You will be notified on discord if they're safe when we update for the collection.
