When you Run (Jog) or Sprint your loss gauge increases. Customizable in UI.
Recommend to install this mod or else you will be holding alt everywhere.
p.s. You wont die even if you set the loss gauge minimum to zero, just have 1 hp until you rest.
Thanks to Nickesponja as I used his loss drain gauge outside of town as a reference.
