Real Time Menus - Unpaused Game

Another mod that caters to a more "Hardcore" Dragon's Dogma 2 experience.

Every menu now runs in Real Time, similar to Dark Souls/Elden Ring.

The gameworld and all of its actions will continue in the background while "paused".

Enemies will move and attack, NPC's go about their business, and time will pass you by.

Pausing the game is no longer a guaranteed safe option!

You cannot save yourself from damage and spam curatives in your Inventory.

Using items in battle from the menu requires planning, caution, and some good luck.

Carelessly pulling out your Map in a dungeon to find your way may instead spell your end.

Idly gazing at your Arisen or Pawns in the Status menu will only serve as distraction from a beast sneaking up on you.

Deliberating which Quest your party should proceed with will cost you time, a valuable resource in this world....

Player inputs are properly blocked while a menu is open, so you won't draw your weapon, jump, or move around.

This also lets Nvidia's Frame Generation function in the menus!

There is an REFramework menu to enable/disable the mod at any time.

GRAPHICS SUITE LITE and QUALITY RAYTRACING

If you use Graphics Suite Lite you MUST disable its RT Resolution and Menu FPS Fix features!

Real Time Menus includes a custom IMPROVED version of both of these features

because it needs full awareness and control over the RT pipeline in order for its new Menu FPS Fix to work properly.

Every other feature in Graphics Suite Lite is perfectly compatible and safe to use!

Just ensure you DISABLE its RT Resolution and Menu FPS Fix.

If you use Quality Raytracing, you MUST completely remove that mod.

Its features are rebuilt in Real Time Menus, and is therefore redundant to have installed.

Install it like any other REFramework mod by putting the RealtimeMenus.lua in reframework/autorun OR use Fluffy.
