Ninjutsu (FFXIV Style)

Thief in Dragon's Dogma 2 teeters on the edge of being Ninja-like already. Dual-Wield, Flippy Animations, and Stealth. I'm just here to push it over the edge.

This mod is somewhat of a remake, kinda, of my all time favorite mechanic in any game. FFXIV's Ninjutsu system. There is a certain amount of complexity to this mod that will turn off some players. It is not as simple as press button, go boom. There is 4 buttons that activate 9 spells depending on the order they're used.

Installation:

This mod comes with two files, one for animations used by this mod, and another for the skills/configs. Use FluffyModManager. Put them both in FluffyModManager.

How to use Ninjutsu:

Button presses (LT + Left, Right, Up, Down by default) will cast a Mudra(Naruto Hand Signs). Each Mudra has an element. After casting two Mudras, execute the Jutsu using the cast button. (LT + RT). Depending on your mudra combination, a "Base" Ninjutsu elemental skill will be cast. You can follow this up with one more Mudra. Execute the cast button again. This is how you get to "Advanced" Ninjutsu casts.

Ex. Chi + Ten = Fireball + Jin = ThunderBomb

For now there are 3 Base + 6 Advanced Ninjutsu Skills(With 9 ways to get there). + Kage. The base skills follow FFXIV's combinations exactly. Advanced skills are only one additional Mudra after a base cast.

This mod comes with a Skill Maker SkillSet you should use to load buttons and skills. It should have all actual Jutsu on one button(in my case LT+RT), it will look like this:

Base Ninjutsu:

Chi + Ten or Jin + Ten = Fireball Jutsu

Ten+ Chi or Jin + Chi = Lightning Jutsu

Ten + JinorChi+Jin= Water Jutsu
