📋 About This Mod

Stationary shops now have new/more wares to sell. Various item and shop tweaks are also applied.

You guys should join Nick's discord server - you're more likely to get a response from me there.

Requires RE Framework, _NickCore, and ESO.

If you enable the CE Bundle Method option, you also need Content Editor and its Shop Editor addon.

Most shops (excluding traveling merchants) have had their inventories changed. They now sell more wares, plus additional tweaks are applied due to the changes. Some items are unlocked after completing certain quests, and some vendors may or may not offer more wares after spending a certain amount of money. And just like Unobtainables for Sale, certain items that were previously unobtainable or are 1-of-a-kind in vanilla can now be purchased in shops. If you're struggling to earn RC, then Rift's Blessing by joo1030 can help you with that

You can choose which features you want to enable - just go to "diacyst/Config" to find the designated file. Mind that modded items are left alone due to issues with working around Content Editor's bundle loading, so only vanilla items are affected.

SHOP DETAILS

Distribution of gear now depends on certain factors: tier, smithing style, and/or location. Gear added by Content Editor are included in the distribution. Using ESO's dynamic level computation, equipment are split into 6 tiers:

  • []T1 - No quest requirements, available immediately.[/]

[]T2 - Available after Seat of the Sovran - Roderick doesn't sell T2 Warrior and Sorcerer weapons until you complete Vocation Frustration.[/]

    []T3 - Available after Feast of Deception.[/]

    []T4 - Available after Flickering Shadows.[/]

    []T5 - Available after A New Godsway. [/]

[]T6 - Available upon entering the Unmoored World; Equipment sold by the Dragonforged have this tier; If Dragonforged Sells More Gear is disabled, then some T6 gear are grouped with T5 gear instead.[/]

    []Rings only have 3 tiers: T1 rings = T1 gear, T2 rings = T3 gear, and T3 rings = T5 gear.[/]

    Equipment are distributed as follows:

    • []All weapon sellers except the crystal shops also offer arrows, because why would someone sell bows but not arrows?[/]

[]Philbert no longer sells the Marcher's Set and Courtly Set as well as the masquerade masks. They've been transferred to Neomith.[/]

[]Kassandra (Borderwatch Outpost) and Runne (Melve) sell T1 and T2 weapons and armor.[/]

[]Morris (Checkpoint Rest Town) sells T1 misc gear.[/]

[]Mondaine (Nameless Village) and Chandler (Harve) sell T2 and T3 weapons and armor. Chandler sells T2 and T3 misc gear, and T1 rings while Mondaine sells T3 and T4 misc gear, and T2 rings.[/]

[]Philbert (Vernworth), Eldart (Sacred Arbor), Isaac and Hugo (Bakbattahl), and Tabitha (Agamen Island) sell all cloaks, facewear, and rings.[/]

[]Sara and Gaustafr (Dwarven Smiths) sell T4 and T5 weapons and armor for all vocations.[/]

[]Vermundian, Battahli and Elven Smiths sell up to T3 weapons and armor for all vocations, and sell up to T5 depending on the smithing style and vocations.[/]

    • []Roderick, Bjorn, and Celeste (Vermundian Smiths) - Fighter, Mage, and Mystic Spearhand.[/]

[]Awaran, Bodas, and Beatrice (Battahli Smiths) - Thief, Warrior, and Trickster.[/]

[]Grisha (Elven Smith) - Archer, Sorcerer, and Magick Archer.[/]

By default, equipment that weren't present in shops in vanilla are still excluded from the distribution, but you can toggle this in the Config file. They'll be unlocked based on their tiers along with the rest of the equipment. Also, if ESO's Remove Vocation Requirements option is enabled, MSI will modify the job IDs instead, so that it doesn't affect gear distr
