This is a character preset mean to be used with Character Manager mod, which it self requires REFramework.
With the file downloaded:

[]Go to the CharacterManager data folder -> ..\Dragons Dogma 2\reframework\data\CharacterManager.

]Paste the file downloaded.[]Launch the game.
[]Go to any Appearance changer NPC and talk to it.
[]Select the option Modify Appearance (you need 1 Art of Metamorphosis item).
[]Select Edit current appearance or Create new (Select a female base body if you choose this last option, just in case).
[]On the finalize section, open REFramework menu.
[]Go to Script Generated UI section inside said menu.
[]Open CharacterManager section.
[]You should see a dropdown to select a character in the ------ CharaList [ ] ------ section.
