Character Data dump (Including Pawn Specialization Tome locations)

I was missing this information on the internet, so I went and grabbed it myself.

Shows all NPCs in the game, by name, and shows most basic information connected to them.

Useful for finding out who you have to flirt with to get certain Pawn specialization tomes.

Also counters the rampant misinformation on the internet that you only get it from specific people, or need to do quests for it or something. It's all based on Affinity and there are lots of available NPCs for each tome.
