DISABLE FAKE CHARACTER LIGHTING

This mod deletes the fake flashlight attached to the front of characters. Rook, their companions, and most NPCs/enemies will no longer have a glowing light illuminating them anymore, and they will only be lit by their environment.
Functions in Exploration/Combat only, cutscenes are unlikely to be effected.
