Visibly Elf-Blooded

If you follow me on Tumblr, you know that as a biracial person, I really can't stand BioWare's choice of making elven genes "adaptive" "magic," in which apparently a child of an elf and any non-elven race will always appear to be 100% and considered 100% the other race. (x) I've talked about it before, and will continue to talk about it. (x) (x) (x) Because I think it's BS. Multiracial children can range in appearance from one parent to the other. We are also multiracial regardless of physical appearance. As such, this mod is entitled "Visibly Elf-Blooded," because Alistair Theirin and Slim Couldry are canonically already such, as is. They just don't look it. (Until now!)

A little while back starrarte made it so that you can give any race slightly elven ears in the toolset, and shared it with me. Which after going through yet another vent on Tumblr, finally motivated me to make this mod. A huge thank you to you, Kim! (See, I did get around to it eventually!)

COMPATIBILITY:

This mod is not compatible with any other mod that changes the headmorphs of Alistair, Slim, and any other character included.

INSTALLATION:

Extract the main file folder from the . ZIP file and place the folder in your Override. (Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override)

Leliana - Place the . ZIP file in the mod's folder in your Override, and extract the files. If you want the Unique Face Textures variant, download that instead. PLEASE NOTE: Leliana requires the Tucked Hair mod.

Unique Face Textures by Ellise - Place the . ZIP file in the mod's folder in your Override, and extract the files. Click yes to replace the existing headmorphs. If you do not want Leliana, delete the file hf_genfl_leliana.mor after doing so.

Elven Goldana - Place the . ZIP file in the mod's folder in your Override, and extract the files. Click yes to replace the existing headmorph of Goldana.
