Templars in Training

The templars regularly recruit young children, and those trainees have to be around somewhere, right?

Little Delrin and another boy will be found at the Denerim chantry, a female recruit will be at Lothering's, and that same girl and another boy will later be found in the Circle after Uldred's mess is dealt with.

Requires Children's Light Armor.

Can be installed at any time.  Can also be uninstalled at any time, but uninstalling won't remove any trainees that have already appeared.
