What it does:

• []If Hawke sides with the mages, Orsino will no longer turn into a harvester halfway through a pitifully easy fight against the templars. []The cutscene with Orsino is truncated before he brings up blood magic. He and the other mages in the room will remain in place while Hawke & co. fight their way out of the building. []XP is still acquired for the boss you no longer have to fight and the journal updates as usual. A new chest spawns by the exit after the skipped fight containing the ring and staff you would normally get as loot. []If Hawke sides with the templars, the game skips over the gross transformation cutscene but the rest of the fight proceeds as normal.

Skip the Harvester - Varterral Fight

What it does:

• []THIS IS AN OPTIONAL ADD-ON FILE. The main file must also be installed. []If Hawke sides with the templars, then Orsino will no longer turn into a harvester to fight Meredith & Hawke & co. The Harvester has been excised completely from the game. No more harvester. []The gross transformation cutscene and gross killcam cutscene are skipped. The boss is instead replaced with a varterral, because you're possibly not yet sick of fighting them at this point in the game. Why? How? idk dude. Blood magic. I don't care. It makes as little sense as the harvester did.

Skip the Harvester - Meredith Fight

What it does: []THIS IS AN OPTIONAL ADD-ON FILE. The main file must also be installed. []If Hawke sides with the mages, then Orsino will come help during the Meredith boss fight. [*]He does count against the limit of non-party followers you can have during this fight, and he is really really terrible at fighting in this alternate timeline. He's no help at all.
