Simple changes to improve the default hair colors. Increases the specular of all colors, white is brighter and black is darker. Note: Hairs shown are from Pineappletree\'s Vibrant Hair (http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2640) but the tint changes are universal and work with any and all hair mods that use the same tint files as shown.
