DTDA Weapon Damage Customiser v1.0

Description

A browser-based weapon damage customiser for DOOM: The Dark Ages. You do not need to edit any game files: open the HTML, move the sliders, generate a Mod ZIP, drop it into your mods folder, and load it with Atlan Mod Loader.

Installation instructions

1. Download and extract this Mod's ZIP

2. Open DTDA_Weapon_Damage_Customiser_v1. 0.html in a browser

3. Drag the sliders or type an exact percentage; 100 equals vanilla

4. Click "Generate Mod ZIP"

5. Put the generated ZIP into your game's mods folder (Steam: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DOOMTheDarkAges\mods)

6. Run AtlanModLoader.exe; it loads the Mod and starts the game

Main features

· 15 weapon categories covering 378 damage decls, each adjustable independently

· 100% means vanilla values; 1% - 1000%, any integer

· Direct damage, splash, DOT, weapon mods, masteries and upgrade paths all scale by the same percentage

· In-game damage caps (maxDamage) scale too, so high multipliers are not truncated

· Melee split into Gauntlet, Flail, Mace and Execute/Finisher sliders

· Also includes Shield, Chain Spear, BFG/BFC and DOOM '93 Shotgun sliders

· Weapons left at 100% are omitted from the generated Mod, keeping the output clean and easy to inspect

· Fully offline: all data is embedded in the HTML, nothing is uploaded
