Lethal Shield Overloads

Lethal Shield Overloads v1. 2 (31-10-2021) / Update 6. 66

This mod increases the AoE of Shieldguy and Carcass barrier overloads, and triples the damage dealt to demons. But to balance it out, now overloads can deal damage to you as well.

The goal of this mod is twofold:

- Make the player less likely to go 'I see Shieldguy -> I pull out Plasma Rifle' by making the prospect of safely overloading shields more situational.

- Increase the damage and AoE of shield overloading to make overloading shields more worthwhile to do on higher levels of gameplay.

Shield/Barrier overloads now deal damage to the player. They deal 30/39/45/60 HP damage on ITYTD/HMP/UV/NM respectively.

Increased Carcass Barrier overload damage to enemies from 250 to 1500, and increased Shieldguy Shield overload damage to enemies from 500 to 1500.

Increased Shieldguy Shield overload AoE by 100%, and Carcass Barrier overload AoE by 33% (both have the exact same AoE now).

Being damaged by an overload plays the blue static effect on the UI to indicate you were damaged by it.
