📋 About This Mod
In vanilla, enemies stay on fire for 1. 5 secs. when you meathook them with the flame upgrade. But that meant that if you meathooked onto a staggered enemy to Glory Kill it, and the animation took longer than 1. 5 secs., that the burn effect would end before the animation did, so you wouldn't get any armor drops from the kill.
This mod increases the amount of time an enemy will burn after being hit with a flaming meathook, in order to make it more consistent to get the armor drops after meathooking into a staggered enemy and Glory Killing it. Most of the burn durations for the flaming meathook are the same as an upgraded Flame Belch, (7 secs. for Ambient/Fodder, 5 secs. for Heavies), although for the sake of consistency the burn duration for Super-Heavies has been increased from 3 secs. to 5 secs (especially because the frontal Tyrant GK animation is pretty long).
