Description
As the name suggests, this mod makes the "Savagery" rune increase the speed of chainsaw glory kill animations. The animation speed multipliers for each AI are as follows:
1. Regular Zombies: 1. 75x
2. Mech. Zombies: 2. 0x
3. Imps and Stone Imps: 1. 75x
4. Blaster, Shotgun and Chaingun Soldiers: 1. 5x
5. Gargoyles: 1. 75x
6. Heavies and Tentacles: 1. 5x
This mod also fixes an oversight in the vanilla game where Savagery did not increase the speed of Blood Maykr glory kills.
Neat Stuff
The following pair of console commands are available with an unlocked console. (You don't need this mod to use them)
sync_JeffsFOVHottness 0
sync_autoFOV 0
When used together, these commands will stop the game from changing your FOV during glory kills.
Credits
The first standalone chainsaw Savagery mod on Nexus was created by dukerambo666. Unfortunately, his mod is not updated for the current version of the game, based on the file upload dates and comments from users. Hence, I figured I would create my own version of this mod.
And as an important, but hopefully unnecessary disclaimer: please do not accuse me of stealing somebody else's mod. This was an extremely easy mod to make. I didn't even need to look at what files he modified to learn how to create this. Hence, this mod is entirely my own original work.
