Reroll Rare and Magic Items For D2RMM

Adds additional cube recipe to Reroll Rare and Magic Items. Includes Rare and Magic Charms.

• []1 Rare (Any) + 1 Perfect Gem (Any) = New Rare Item

  []1 Magic (Any) + 1 Perfect Gem (Any) = New Magic Item

  P Skulls also work.

  Rare Charms require mods to have that function in D2R. This mod allows you to reroll Charms from those mods.

  To simplify the formula it doesn't use Player Level at all, its the Base Item Level of the Item Multiplied by a Bonus 15% Item Level, so you could in theory scale up the Ilvls to Max by rerolling multiple times.

  *Please use Version 1. 8. 0 of D2RMM or you will encounter problems since previous versions of D2RMM are mostly incompatible with this mod. Some still work though.
