This Mod Pack of 37 Mods has Been TESTED and Works as intended with the other Mods in the Pack. A lot of effort went into testing and organizing the Pack and Balancing the Overall Experience. Enhanced Quality is what Tal Rasha Prime is focusing On. Enjoy.

From Trash to Treasure = All (385+30=415) Elite, Exceptional & Normal Unique Items Plus All (32+3=35) Green Set Item Bonuses have been Updated and Buffed to Modern Standards. I made balance decisions by Nerfing and Removing Vitality and Life Stats, + All Skills, and All Resist. I buffed Attack Rating, Defense scaling, and Enhanced Damage and focused on Class Specific + Skills as opposed to + All Skills. I also made more use of CtC (Chance to Cast) to make items More Fun.

For Green Set Item Bonuses I focused on offering expanded build options for players looking to theory craft builds using commonly used skills on ANY Archetype, ie. say a Necromancer using Multiple Shot, or a Barbarian using Lightning Fury. The possibilites are limitless with Green Set Items.

Patch 1. 4. 2 100% Completes All 7 Class Expanded Synergies.

Patch 1. 1. 8 Nerfs Mosaic and Spirit while Buffing Engima since I already Nerfed Enigma.

Triple Challenge: Normal, NM, and HL now have HL Resistance Penalty -100, since HL is capped at -100 to Balance increased inventory size and socketing of Charms and all Gear Slots including jewelry.

Normal, NM, and HL Difficulty has been increased to balance introducing new Green Set Item Bonuses and new Unique Items to the Game. Normal and NM Difficulty is now a Challenge, while HL Difficulty is extreme. Defeating Normal Baal and Normal Diablo will now take preparation and skill.

*You may never Defeat HL Baal now though? You have the -100 Resistance Penalty in Normal, NM, HL + The Increased Difficulty Levels + Increased Monster Movement Speed + Double Monster Density = Challenge. Try Hardcore if that's not enough Challenge?
