Player Count Drop Rates for D2RMM

Installation:

- Download and install D2RMM, then run it.

- Download and extract the PlayerCountDrops mod folder to /D2RMM/mods/

- Enable desired options

- Click 'install mods'

- This mod alters the NoDrop rate in the same way the game would when using the 'Player Count' setting in-game.

- Using the Player Count setting in-game, on top of setting Players 7 with this mod, will (in theory) provide little to no benefit for most things, as NoDrop is already 0 or close to 0 for most things on Players 7.

- Monster experience does not change.
