Wield all of Mephisto’s signature abilities, exactly as the Lord of Hatred commands:

• []Lightning – Scorch the battlefield with a sweeping arc of crackling lightning that devastates entire groups.

  []Charged Bolt – Release a surge of concentrated energy that tears through your enemies with piercing precision.

  []Poison Nova – Corrupt the air with a choking wave of venomous energy, melting everything caught within it.

  []Skull Missile – Launch a hateful skull of pure necrotic energy that hunts and annihilates Mephisto’s foes.

  []Frost Nova – Entomb your enemies in a sphere of freezing hatred, shattering them where they stand.

  []Blizzard – Summon an infernal storm of ice and shadow, blanketing the battlefield in deadly shards.

By combining an Antidote Potion with a Key in the Horadric Cube, you can forge a Mephisto Transformation Charm.

• []Carrying multiple charms is possible - though two charms are recommended for smooth performance.

  []Equipping the charm instantly transforms your character into Mephisto, replacing your mortal skills with his unholy arsenal.

  Fight through the campaign not as a mere hero, but as the Prime Evil himself - bringing Mephisto’s wrath to every corner of Sanctuary.

  Known Issues
  • []Visual Glitches – Some spell effects may appear differently in specific zones or environments.

    []Charm Effect Loss Between Acts – Waypoint travel between Acts may temporarily disable the Mephisto charm until re-equipped.

  • Multiple Charm Bug – Carrying more than two charms can cause health display errors.
