Nerf It for D2RMM

Installation:

- Download and install D2RMM, then run it.

- Download and extract the NerfIt mod folder to /D2RMM/mods/

- Setup your desired nerfs in the D2RMM settings

- Click 'install mods'

- Item changes will only be applied to newly found/created items
