Try to become familiar with how to manipulate Shambler behaviour. The screenshots included have some notable hints in them. There's a hidden secret cassette drop in the level. System requirements The level can be quite CPU-intensive, due to on-entry ragdolls and such. Because of that, there's an unlisted version of the map with various changes that has lesser system requirements to be ran smoothly.
