It however has a notable windup time and locks you into an attack animation which can't be cancelled. Avoid alerting enemies unless necessary. Sometimes alerting the enemies in the levels below can make them extremely difficult if not impossible. The attacks of charging Sergeants can be avoided by running past them. If a kill leaves no corpse behind, it won't attract Liches. Beeping microwave attracts the closest humanoid enemy. If timed correctly, an enemy opening a swinging door can be taken out without it being able to alert nearby enemies.
