Night Out ("harder than hard" mode)

This level is providing a hypothetical difficulty mode which is to mimic the transition between normal and hard mode, but from hard to "harder". So to be strictly more unforgiving. As established by the official campaign's hard mode, the architecture remains completely unchanged and the changes to enemy composition are few (iirc one or two enemies were added) - more so focused on their positions. There are similar differences to weapon drop placements. The level has been balanced so that it can be completed with revolver only loadout and without resorting to any melee kills in that run.
