Installation
Extract the archive into the folder containing "DarkSoulsRemastered.exe".
Configuration
Edit DedicatedActions.ini.
Set either DisableVanilla... option to true to disable the corresponding vanilla combination.
Bindings support letters, numbers, F1–F24, combinations such as CTRL+V, and mouse buttons such as MOUSE4.
Uninstallation
Remove dinput8.dll and DedicatedActions.ini.
