A True 4K Remaster

• []Almost all the meaningful textures have been carefully and selectively updated to 4K including Terrain, Armor, Weapons, Shields and more.
  • []Almost all particle effects have been improved including Water, Fire, Blood and more.
    • []Various Sounds and Gameplay mechanics have been improved. Moaning, Cringe inducing and simply annoying sounds have been replaced.

    • []Improvements to Mechanics like Rolling, Attacking, Parry and more.
      • []Improvements have been done to lighting and overall fluidity of the game.
        • []This mod does not change Story, Stats, Progression, Placements and anything else that breaks the Essence of the Game.

          This mod is compatible with Daughters of Ash Remastered (Install this mod first then DoA R)

          Compared to my previous mod, Dark Souls Remastered Custom Edition, two features have been dropped in order to ensure compatibility with several mods:

          • []Transparent UI.

            []Item Discovery on destroying objects.

            That being said, these features shall be provided as optional mods.

            Other than these two features, every improvement and every feature has been retained in this mod.

            Original HUD elements are included with this one as demanded by many.

            Only install this mod on clean files.

            To install, extract both of the main files and copy their contents to the main directory. Overwrite, when asked.

            After this extract and paste the contents of THE PATCH FILE.

            Use my reshade preset to get the best out of it. (Reshade preset is provided as an optional file)

            USE OFFLINE ONLY.

            Compared to DSR Custom Edition, this mod requires slightly more VRAM (around 3GB) and loading times are identical on SSDs.
