SOTFS Dual Wield Everything - Powerstance Anything

A small param edit that allows the player to power stance any weapon while also being able to decide which moveset to use. The power stance moveset is decided by the right hand weapon.

Dagger + Ultra Greatsword? Go Ahead!

Sword + shield? You Betcha!

Params Edited:

DualWieldingPermissionParam - set every weapon type's use permissions to 1.

WeaponTypeParam - set all weapon Powerstance Categories to 10 to get rid of powerstance priority.

Stronger Dual Wield Attacks

PlayerDamageParam - set all "DW" attacks to have a 20% higher Damage multiplier and a 10% higher counter multiplier.

I don't know if this mod will work for DS2 Vanilla, but if you want to make your own version the params I edited are above. As always, play offline to avoid getting banned or ruining other people's fun.
