Porting of No more adaptability for the original DS2.
No more adaptability (Original Dark Souls 2)
This mod changes how stats work so that the ADP works as if it's at 99 at any level, meaning that 1~99
adaptability still gives you max animation speed and iFrames.
You can find the Scholar of the First Sin version here.
HOW TO INSTALL
Simply drop enc_regulation.bnd.dcx into your game folder and accept to overwrite.
WARNING
