Regulation Extract/Repack

A tool to easily extract loose params from the enc_regulation.bnd.dcx file, and for repacking the .emevd and .fmg files back into the enc_regulation.bnd.dcx file.

The main uses of the tool are:

- Extraction of loose params means you can more easily merge multiple mods. This can be useful for users that want to merge minor mods into one mod.

- Quick repacking of the .emevd files means you can edit them with DarkScript, repack, and test them in-game very quickly. This is useful for modders that want to edit .emevd files without having to unpack and repack the enc_regulation.bnd.dcx file manually, which can be tedious.

Name Stripper

A tool to easily strip the row names from a set of params, whilst also saving them externally as a file. Includes the ability to re-add them too.

This is useful since Dark Souls II is very likely to crash if row names are included within the param files. However having row names is very useful when developing a mod. Therefore this tool allows you to develop the mod, and then quickly remove the names for testing/distribution, and then to re-add them afterwards.
