The mod "Always Human Never Hollow" lets you keep your appearance, even when hollowed.
Sadly the Mod only works with standard edition of Dark Souls to, so I decided to port it to Scholar of the irst Sin.
So far only for female characters, might be doing males in the future. (https://www.nexusmods.com/darksouls2/mods/1309 supports males aswell)
Like the original, this mod has a few limitations:
Hair-loss sadly can't be prevented. (If someone knows how to to it, let me know)
Your eyes will always be white when hollow.
The faces won't exactly match the human form. It will always look kinda lifeless.

Dump all files into iGP11's tex_override folder.
