This Mods aims to increase the torch time, mainly to enjoy the path tracing mod fully. I makes available 255 torch (max) worth 21 hrs of light
Installation instructions
use smithbox, DSMapStudio to import CSVs or use the provided enc_regulation.bnd file (backup the original)
'param' folder is also provided as it got generated with the enc_regulation.bnd not sure if it is of use or not, use it if merely the 'enc_regulation.bnd' is not changing the things.
PS: CSVs are recommened as i am not sure what modification i may have done to enc_regulation.bnd
