Recover Souls Immediately ( No death penalty - Ring of sacrifice effect - Keep souls after death )

As soon as you die and respawn at the Bonfire, you'll get a prompt to recover your souls. No need to go to the exact spot of death to recover the souls.

With this mod, you'll never lose souls due to not being able to pick it up and dying again. Basically, there will be no death penalty on souls, as it sorta works like Ring of Sacrifice.

The Mod has 4 versions

1. Recover Souls - Vanilla

2. Recover Souls - Cinders version 2. 07. 1 which works for cinders mod (if the authors of the Cinders want me to delete this mod I will do so).

3. Recover Souls - Champion's Ashes Version 1. 7. 1 (same steps as Cinders)

4. Recover Souls - Convergence Version 2. 10 (same steps as Cinders)

Install Instructions (Recover Souls - Vanilla)

1. Extract file data0.bdt to your game folder (replace the previous file).

2. for e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DARK SOULS III\Game

Install Instructions (Recover Souls - Cinders version 2. 07. 1)

1. Extract the files gameparam_dlc2.parambnd & gameparam_dlc2.parambnd.dcx to the below location (replacing the previous files).

2. for e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DARK SOULS III\Game\Cinders\param\gameparam

Added version for Champion's Ashes Version 1. 7. 1 (same steps as Cinders)

Added version for Convergence Version 2. 10 (same steps as Cinders - copy & paste all 3 files)

This mod does not make the game any easy, it just frees you from the hassle of collecting your souls every time you die instead of learning the game mechanics and makes the game a bit more relaxing.

Other Notes:

The Vanilla version has some tweaks to the stats of some weapons ( good tweaks for eg. Frayed blade durability is now above 300 and the Grass crest shield now has 100% physical block, only a select few weapons were tweaked).

Estus ring works as a Covenant, so please check in the covenants section, it will be there.
