📋 About This Mod

Discord server of my global mod for converting DS3 into BB:

https://discord.gg/XnFnJj8eQs

I want to say a special thank you to HoonterThatHoont for his LAMP mod, with which I was able to figure out how to import a lamp model from BB to DS3. I also used the lamp glow effect from his mod, thanks to him for that too, but soon I want to try to import a real lamp glow sfx from BB to DS3

Use modengine or modengine 2 to use this mod - its just easy way (I used modengine 1)

To install main lamp put files from archive to ?:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DARK SOULS III\Game\mod\obj

To install sfx light put files from archive to ?:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DARK SOULS III\Game\mod\sfx

I do not know for sure if you will get banned for using this mod with online enabled, but personally, just in case, I launched the game only in offline mode, and I advise you to do the same. Better not take any chances

New update! I added messengers to the lamp, look at the mod files and download to try it. I'm still working on it and will make it like in bb. Right now there are messengers only on two maps: Firelink and Undead Settlement.

To combine with other mods that use their own map and event folders you need to edit the code in .emevd file from the event folder. If you are interested, ask about it in POSTS section and I will write instruction)

Instructions for merge my mod with other mods, which was also written by  HoonterThatHoont:

1. Unpack MY frpg_sfxbnd_commoneffects_effect.ffxbnd.dcx using Yabber

2. Copy these files

f000001000.fxr, f000001001.fxr, f000001002.fxr, f000001003.fxr,

f000001004.fxr, f000001010.fxr, f000001011.fxr, f000001012.fxr,

f000001013.fxr, f000001014.fxr, f000001020.fxr, f000001040.fxr,

f000001060.fxr

3. Paste with replace it into unpacked frpg_sfxbnd_commoneffects_effect.ffxbnd.dcx of YOUR mod (for example - Champions ashes) and then repack it with Yabber.

If you're using other mods and you did these steps but still doesn't work the files being used by the game is probably in another folder for example it might be inside frpg_sfxbnd_dlc2_effect.ffxbnd.dcx

And I also want to say thank you Dropoff and other guys from the discord server ?ServerName? for his help and answers to many questions about DS3 modding

I also want to say special thanks Lenox548 for answers about his Bloodborne Hud for ds3 mod and for his help with porting main lamp files and sound effect for it

I want to express my deep gratitude for help with many modding-relate
