Every guild, temple, and commoner/merchant quest in Daggerfall has been re-evaluated according to the danger it presents. No more absurdly hard quests for a new character!
In addition, the following quests have been disabled by VQR. You can enter the file and remove the hyphens before each quest name to re-enable them if for some reason you actually wanted to experience them:

ANOTHER NOTE: This mod does not alter what monsters will be randomly generated in dungeons. It's possible that you could be sent to a vampire coven or something on your first quest! I can't help that!
