Landlord - Property Rental System
Landlord is a gameplay enhancement mod for Daggerfall Unity that lets you invest in the real estate market by purchasing properties through regional banks and renting them out for monthly passive income. Each month, rent collected from your tenants is deposited directly into the associated regional bank account.

Installation
Drop the landlord.dfmod file into your Daggerfall\StreamingAssets\Mods folder.
Visit a Bank:
Speak with any bank teller, and you'll be given a new prompt to "expand your real estate empire." Choose Yes to access the house-buying menu. Selecting No continues the usual banking/chat interface.
Buy a Property:
Available properties will be listed along with their monthly rental income estimates. Once purchased, the property will be marked on your map as “{Region Name} Rental.”
Monthly Rent Payments:
At the start of each in-game month:
You’ll receive a notification summarizing your rental income.
A note is added to your notebook, including how much you earned and how many properties you currently own.
How to Uninstall
It's safe to uninstall/disable the mod. You'll just miss out on your rent.
