Increase player fatigue amounts by set amount.
Description
Increase player fatigue amounts by set amount (default 1. 25x). I was finding it frustrating how quickly I could go from waking up in an inn fully rested to passed out on the ground completely. At 1. 25x I find it a little bit more fair, able to last a tad bit longer. Included, the fatigue cost for sprinting was slightly reduced as well.
