Improved Flat NPC Interaction

Yet another part of my goal to give your more nefarious player characters expanded gameplay options. Also, this gives more reasons to invest in Agility, Personality and Luck because they were relatively under used in the vanilla game.

Heavily indebted and inspired by Neavirunes' Flat Interaction mod. Kudos to them for that. I've basically rewritten and expanded it with more streamlined code, as well as making it's mechanics unlevelled, a bit more intuitive, and hopefully more immersive. All vanilla, DET, RMB Resource, Elves & Beastfolk and Redguards of Hammerfell Flat NPCs are covered, though I will add more when/if needed. The Flats will be interactable wherever they appear, from Taverns to the Royal Courts, both indoors and out (for those placed outside by Lively Cities and the like). If you do not pass various Stat checks these interactions do run the risk of getting a crime attached to you, some of them also run the risk of killing your mark/victim and in that case at least, the guards will come running..

Pickpocket:

Click on a Flat NPC with the Steal Interaction Mode active.

This will trigger a similar mechanic to pickpocketing a MOB NPC with the same chances and the same penalties if failed, i.e. you get slapped with the crime of Pickpocketing. Guards WILL NOT spawn though, you lose a single Regional Legal Rep point instead.

Robbery (for none Vampires and none Lycans):

Click on a Flat NPC with the Grab Interaction Mode active.

This will trigger a Message Box asking you to confirm if you want to rob this person using coercion.

Click "Yes" and success will be a chance roll based on Strength and Streetwise (clicking "No" will prompt the Seduction Con Message Box - see below).

If successful, an inventory window will open for you to take any items, and you will lose some Fatigue (based on chance and your Endurance). A further chance roll based on Personality and Stealth will decide whether you'll be slapped with the crime of Assault and you lose 2 Legal Rep points.

If the first roll is unsuccessful, however, there is a further chance roll based on Luck, success here means you have simply failed to coerce the NPC and you get 1 point from you Legal Rep. If the second roll is unsuccessful as well, however, it means that you were too heavy handed and accidently killed the NPC concerned (leaving a lootable corpse), you will be slapped with the crime of Murder and Guards WILL spawn.

Vampire Satiation:

If a Vampire, click on a Flat NPC with the Grab Interaction Mode active.

This will trigger a Message Box asking you to confirm if you want to drink the blood of this person.

Click "Yes" and success will be a chance roll based on Personality and Stealth (clicking "No" will prompt the Seduction Con Message Box - see below).
