The Borrowed Skins

Take the shape of animals and bend what grows to your will.

How you learn it

The Borrowed Skins is a book. Find it in a bookshop or in loot and read it. It teaches every form and every spell below.

It is a real Daggerfall book, so it turns up on its own.

20 seconds at level 1, plus 5 seconds per level. Press F to change back.

Bear Frontline. Large health bonus, passive regeneration 1 hp every 5 sec.

Spider Climbs walls and ceilings. Bite poisons and paralyzes. Fast.

Rat Small, quiet,  Rats stop attacking you "Family" detects loot.

Bat Flight. No fall damage.

Fish Water only. Breathes underwater, swims fast, will not cast on land.

Entangle. Roots & Slows  everything in an area where you aim it. 20 seconds.

Spore Bloom. Summon a Poison fungus across the ground at your feet. 25 seconds.

Barkskin. Adds resistance. Attacks reflect a small portion at the attacker for 30 seconds.

Commune with Nature. Grows a flower that talks be nice to her! 80 seconds.

she is a companion and acts as a compass, she tells you if undead and

animals are in a dungeon and teaches you a spell

Finger of the Mountain

Its own mod. One spell.

Everything hostile within 70 units is marked. Three seconds pass. Then the sky strikes all of it at once.

80 to 140 damage, plus 10 to 20 per level. Once per day, resets at midnight. Outdoors only.

Taught by its own book, found the same way.

Cast it at night. When it lands the whole area goes pale, and daylight swallows that.

The Quiet Green

Its own mod. A companion.

You summon her, look at her, press activate, and she talks with you. She reads your health and your fatigue and answers in wich situation  you are in.

Barkskin. Gives back 20 to 30 percent of every hit and cuts the attacker for a quarter of that. 60 seconds.

Call Animal. Summons a random animal to fight for you. 40 seconds.

Kyne's Mercy. Grass and flowers that heal you while you stand in them. 20 seconds, 1 to 3 health every two seconds.

Commune, Barkskin and Call Animal are currently only obtainable by console commands. Kyne's Mercy is not sold anywhere. Nettle gives it to you after seven conversations.
