📋 About This Mod
A system for stuff "blowing in the wind" while driving around is used by the game to move various elements of vehicles mostly (ie: an antenna, etc.). I implemented it for the hair, and it just works. I haven't notice any major problems with it (especially since it's basically a system used by CDPR for other things).
The effect can be very subtle, which depends on the hairstyle. Especially ponytails were pretty disappointing, so I modified them slightly to be more wooshy. Bear in mind that this is still "fake wind", so no fancy effects.

1. Extract the . 7z and put the contents into the main game folder.

Modded Hairstyles Notice
It might work with some modded hairstyles, but not all of them. It depends on whether or not did the modder modify the hair animgraphs. There is no way of knowing if it works, without testing it. It is safe to add and remove this mod anytime, so feel free to test various modded hairstyles yourself.
If you 100% know what you are doing:
In rare cases, modders leave placeholder animgraphs in the mod, which doesn't serve any purpose. In these cases, you might be able to overwrite those animgraphs with the Windswept ones, without breaking the hair. To do so, move zz_johnson_windswept.archive above in the load order, by changing the name to something like 00_johnson_windswept__i_am_now_messing_with_other_mods_and_i_know_the_risks.archive. If you do so - Don't blame the hair modders if your stuff breaks.
Sadly this mod is not compatible with WIMDY - Fake Wind Effect for Hair. If you have both installed at the same time, only one would work.
