Wall Runner

This mod is a redscript file that gives V the ability to run alongside or up walls even better than the pros! If you like to parkour around the city, or just want to give yourself more movement choices this mod may be for you.

Specifications:

• []Allows players to temporarily run alongside or up walls in a semi-realistic fashion (gravity still affects you)

  []All you need to do is jump on the side of a wall and start running in any direction!

  []While wall running you can use double jumps and dashes to keep your momentum going, giving you the ability to run along really wide walls and climb up really high walls

  []Can still use any weapon while wall running as well, giving you the ability to use your ninja skills against your enemies

  []Works best with flat, even walls

  • []Wall Runner (0. 1. 4) - original file, no camera lock, infinite jumping, overall more free flowing, rule free and less glitchy.

    (8/21/25) Now as of version 0. 1. 4 the original file is fully integrated with Mod Settings. You can now enable/disable the mod, and also change the forward impulse and vertical impulse values being applied during a wall run in the settings. To do this you obviously must have Mod Settings and all of it's dependencies installed. The use of Mod Settings is 100% optional and this will still work without it, it will just use the default values used in the previous version.

    - Couple things to keep in mind with changing the impulse values:

    Any small changes to the vertical impulse are very noticeable, pretty much any value above 0. 4 can make you rapidly shoot straight up a wall

    Changes to the forward impulse however are not very noticeable most of the time. You'll be hard pressed to see a major difference even between 0. 1 and 20. Still looking into why this is and seeing if there's a way I can integrate the forward impulse better in a future update to make it more noticeable.
