Turns out he had won a small house in a back alley boxing match awhile ago but never felt like dealing with the process of moving, so now he has given it to the choom who brings him the most eddies, lucky you! A simple house for V, conveniently located beside a fast travel, ripperdoc, and drop box to sell all your loot. Has interactions for stash, wardrobe, bed, shower, and lean/smoke, and has a laptop to buy vehicles. It has a garage perfect for bikes or even small cars, also includes the exciting mini game of trying not to run over any pedestrians while leaving LOL.
Has a kitty of course, 100% of any donation points that any of my mods get will forever go to the Wildlife Conservation Society.
