Adds a new player home with a garage and secret netrunner den. It is nice and close to an existing fast travel point, a ripperdoc, a gun store, and a whole bunch of 6th street gonks to use for target practice. Has interactions such as stash, wardrobe, shower, sitting, sleeping, coffee, laptop to purchase vehicles, can do hair & makeup in the netrunner chair, and a really nice view to have a smoke from. And since this was a half demolished building in a forgotten part of the city that you fixed up through blood sweat and tears, you don't owe anybody rent, preem!

This mod will work at any time and won't conflict with anything from the base game as the building I used was completely hollow. Pretty sure I got all the areas that needed collisions taken care of, if you find one please let me know and if you can get screenshots of exactly where it would be super helpful, but again I think I got everything.
