Generally lowers buy price and raises sell price:
Why the mod? My opinion was to achieve less grinding so the money made
with loot and quests is worth more. Vendor have the same amount of money
meaning you can sell more items. Vendor stock - items on offer - is not
affected. Individual item prices were not edited only general multipliers
meaning you may experience that prices are not affected equally.
Installation:
Drop the archive file into your archive/pc/MOD folder
Archive contains 1 edited game file no scripts nor anything else.
