Current tweaks:
- Alvarado Herman: reduced brightness and range so its more in line with regular Alvarado (requires Phantom Liberty)
- Quadra Turbo: light channel fix, lights work properly in tunnels now
Shouldn't be any issues compatibility wise with mods such as Improved Vehicle Lights Draw Distance and Adaptive Traffic Headlights
